How delivery works

This is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you.

When PayPal confirms your payment to our server — not merely when your browser returns from PayPal — we create your access, email you the workbook, and give you a private download link. In practice that is seconds. Occasionally PayPal takes a minute or two, and in that case the email still arrives automatically; you do not need to do anything or pay again.

Your download link

The link is unique to you, expires after 72 hours, and works a limited number of times. That is deliberate: a link that lived forever would be a link that could be forwarded, scraped or found.

You will never be locked out of something you paid for. Sign in at any time and generate a fresh link in one click.

The email attachment

Where the file is small enough to attach safely, we attach it as well as linking it. The current designed edition is large, and attaching a file that size causes silent bounces at many mail providers — so the secure link is the primary route and the attachment is enabled only when a compressed edition is available.

If something goes wrong

Check your spam folder first. Then email info@calmandconnectbook.com with your order reference and we will send it to you directly. We can resend a receipt or a fresh download link at any time, and we do not ask for proof of purchase — we can see the order.

If you used a different email address at PayPal than the one you typed at checkout, that is the most common cause of a "missing" workbook. Tell us both addresses and we will merge your access.

Formats and devices

The workbook is a PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader, and it is designed to print cleanly on A4 or US Letter.

KNOWN LIMITATION: the current designed edition renders its text as vector outlines, which means the text is not selectable and is not readable by a screen reader. If you use assistive technology, the daily programme on this site carries the same content in fully accessible HTML — and we will send you an accessible version of the file as soon as one is available. Please contact us and we will prioritise it.
