Frequently Asked Questions

If your question isn’t here, ask us — a person reads every message.

Scope and safety

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational workbook for private reflection. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy, medical advice or emergency services, and it cannot replace a qualified mental-health professional, doctor, counsellor, social worker or domestic-abuse advocate. It is designed to sit alongside that support, not in place of it.

What if I am in an unsafe relationship?

The workbook screens for this before any exercise involving another person, and repeats the warning on the days that need it. If several answers to that screen are “rarely” or “not sure,” it tells you plainly not to use the workbook to confront that person, and to seek confidential specialist support instead. Several pages are written for private planning only.

Privacy

Do you read what I write?

No. Your daily reflections are private to your account. Administrators cannot see reflection content — the admin portal is built so that this data is not exposed by default, and any support case that would require access needs your explicit, recorded consent first. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time from your account settings.

What if someone else uses my device?

You can keep your reflections offline entirely and use the PDF on paper — the workbook itself recommends this if you are being monitored, and suggests storing the personal support plan page separately from the rest. Signing out removes your session on our side, not only in your browser. If someone monitors this device, seeking help from one they cannot access is safer.

The programme

How long does each day take?

Between five and fifteen minutes. Each day has one teaching note, one example, one practice and three short reflection prompts. Nothing requires long journaling sessions.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing. The workbook is explicit that missing a day is not failure. Your day simply stays open, and you can continue where you left off, repeat a day, or pause the programme entirely and pick it up later. You can also restart from the beginning without losing what you have already written.

Do I have to do the days in order?

No. The workbook includes a quick-index for finding the page you need right now — whether that is grounding, a script for a hard conversation, or safety planning. The 30-day sequence is a suggestion, not a requirement.

Is it only for people in relationships?

No. It is written for single and partnered readers. Roughly half the material is about your relationship with yourself, and the relationship days apply to family, friends, colleagues and community as well as partners.

Buying and access

How do I receive the workbook?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed by PayPal, you receive an email containing the PDF and a private download link. The link is unique to you and expires, and you can generate a fresh one any time from your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs through PayPal, which accepts PayPal balances and major debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a refund?

Because this is a digital file delivered immediately, refunds are not automatic — but if the file will not open, you received the wrong version, or something went wrong with delivery, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

Can I share it with a friend?

The workbook is licensed for your personal use. If you would like to give it to someone, please use the referral link in your account rather than forwarding the file — it keeps your own copy secure and makes sure they get the current edition and their own access.
