Three Complete Days, Free

Not extracts or teasers — three whole pages, exactly as they appear in the workbook. Enough to know whether the tone is right for you.

Why these three

Day 1 is where most people start. Day 8 is the first boundaries page, which is the reason many readers buy the workbook at all. Day 13 is the I-statement — the single most-used page in the book, and one of the days that carries a safety note.

Day 01 · Emotional awareness

What to know

Naming an experience can create a little distance from it. The aim is accuracy, not forcing the feeling away.

Example — Ama notices a tight chest before a difficult family call. She names “anxious and pressured” rather than “I am being dramatic.”

Today’s practice — Pause three times today. Name one feeling and one body sensation.

What am I feeling now, and where do I notice it?

Today I need…

One compassionate sentence to myself:

☐ Done ☐ Partly done ☐ Skipped for safety or capacity ☐ Not applicable
